- Our fees are billed on the basis of the time and complexity of any services you may require.
- The estimate for our fees will be agreed upon at or shortly after our initial consultation.
- The fees payable for the services you require will be clearly outlined in the letter of engagement, which must be signed before commence of any work.
- The nature of any fixed, variable or packaged fee for multiple services will also be outlined within the letter of engagement.
- If it becomes clear that the original fee quoted services will not be sufficient to cover the billable time and any associated additional costs of the engagement, then work will be suspended until we clearly define the challenges faced. Once we have agreed on the value of the task and fair compensation for it, work will recommence once it has been agreed in writing from the client.
- On occasion we may have to seek independent expert advice, which will be reflected in our fees. Any such arrangements would be agreed in writing prior to seeking said advice in the form of an modified and signed letter of engagement.
- In many instances we can provide rewards and payment plans to suit your needs. Perhaps a monthly standing order will help you maintain your cashflow. Or, maybe we can offer additional services at a reduced rate.
- We also offer clients a referral fee for any clients they introduce and who engage with us for services.
